Tell us a bit about yourself

I’m a sex and relationship therapist working with a range of clients. I have had extensive training in 'Emotion Focused Therapy', and use this as a lens for my individual and couples work.

Where are you from?

West Coast of Scotland.

Tell us more about your role – what does your day look like?

I have a busy private practice here in Fife. I work from my gorgeous shepherd's hut, and in the winter the wood stove is on, I look out onto trees, wildlife, and our friendly red squirrels. I see a lot of my clients online now, but also have some ‘walking’ clients, which is a new and enjoyable way of working for me.

What one piece of advice would you give to the partner of someone experiencing psychological erectile dysfunction?

Take a deep breath, try not to panic. Be gentle, not only with your partner but just as importantly with yourself. And, if possible, get ready to listen.

What do you love most about your job?

Working with couples through the difficulties of being in a relationship, seeing the difference the therapy makes, and watching their ability to co-create something new and positive.

I also love helping men talk (often for the first time about the turmoil they are in around their sexual performance). Working towards a better understanding of what is going on for them and helping them become more confident and appreciative of their bodies, themselves, and how they want to be in a relationship.

What drew you to work with Mojo?

My son!

What’s your favorite Mojo course?

They all serve a unique purpose, and if worked through together, can help men not only solve their erection issues, but also be on their way to a happier, healthier sex life overall.

Tell us something that not many people know about you…

My celebrity crush is Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister from Game of Thrones). Someone then recently said he looked like my husband!
