Help us elevate the world’s sexual wellbeing

Did you know that 50% of millennial and Gen Z men struggle with psychological sexual issues? Well, neither did we! But it makes an excellent opening line at a party.

Mojo was built by two cousins who found themselves in this bracket of young, healthy men who struggle to get it up. And we know that when things don’t go to plan in the bedroom, it isn’t just an embarrassing mishap. It’s traumatic for everyone involved.

At Mojo, we imagine a different world. A sexually enlightened world, where everyone can create intimate connections and lead healthy relationships as their authentic selves.

We are currently looking for people to join our mission.

Why people work here

Gemma Sutton Mojo's designer
“I work at Mojo for the mission. Men's wellbeing is an untapped area where serious strides need to be made. The team is also incredible so I know we can do it, and that excites me every morning and is the reason I can't wait to get out of bed!”

Gem, Design

Nikhila Krishnan Mojo's operations lead
“I work at Mojo because I want to be a part of revolutionizing the way we approach sexual wellbeing. I’m so proud to see how much mental health has been destigmatized in my own lifetime, and I want to see the same happen for sexual wellbeing.”

Nikhila, Operations

Grace Willatt Mojo's content designer
“Working at Mojo is about reveling in human psychology, social attitudes, product thinking, and changing real people's lives.

Angus Barge co-founder of Mojo
“It’s a rare opportunity to work in a company capable of creating and defining a category. Mojo will do for sexual wellbeing what the Calms and Headspaces of the world did for mental wellbeing a decade ago. Make sexual wellbeing cool, expected, and something you can be proud of doing.”

Angus, co-founder

Felix Richter Mojo's product director
”One of the things I really love about working at Mojo is that we speak to our members every single week. Not only does this put faces to the problem we're trying to solve, but it makes it impossible to forget about the very real difference we are making in people's lives.”

Benefits

What the February

Every year our team members (the Mojitos) head off to work remotely and have an adventure, spend time with family, or get some vitamin D.

Stock options

You don’t just own your role and specialism here. You own the company, too. Everyone in the company has stock options because, if Mojo wins, we should all win.

Biweekly pay

This means that you get your salary every 2 weeks rather than having to wait a month. We do this simply because we think it’s fairer.

For more details on these policies and others, please see our entire Employee Handbook, which we make public so anyone can read it.

Where we work

We love collaboration and in-person time, so we work from our office in Westland Place office next to Old Street on Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

We dedicate Wednesdays and Fridays to deep work and home comforts.

We like to think it’s the best of both worlds.
