If you are struggling to cancel your account, contact us and we will cancel it for you.

If you’d like to cancel it yourself, make sure you're using Mojo on a web or mobile browser as you can't cancel in the mobile app yet. Go to your account settings, and click “Cancel your membership”. Follow the steps from there.

I would like to claim a refund

Please contact us to claim a refund, and we’ll get back to you by the next working day. If you have an unexpected or unwanted charge from us, this is the quickest way to receive your money back in full.

Mojo is a sexual wellbeing app that offers a digital therapeutic program. We charge a subscription fee every 3 months for access to our platform.

If you see payments to Mojo that you weren’t expecting, please contact us to claim a refund and let us investigate.
I think my payment may be the result of fraud

We take fraudulent payments seriously. If you think someone has fraudulently used your details to make a payment to Mojo, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to locate the account and return any funds.
