“If you’re feeling anxious in the bedroom, focus your attention on sensations like texture, pressure, temperature, and touch”
Clinical Sexologist & Psychotherapist
Born in South Africa, but raised between SA and the UK. I consider both Cape Town and London home.
I always start my day with exercise – usually a walk while listening to a podcast, yoga, or a weight session at gym.
Some days I consult clients until 7pm, other days I’m working on my doctorate, and others I’m developing talks, courses, or podcast episodes – so a lot of time spent in front of my laptop, especially since everything moved online in 2020.
Practice mindfulness outside of sex and then bring this practice into the bedroom, focusing your attention on sensations (texture, pressure, temperature, touch)

I have loved the ethos of Mojo from day one, and believe we’ve got a lot of work to do to dismantle the harmful narratives around men’s sexuality.
