Hold It For Endurance

If your pelvic floor is too weak or too tight, it can stop you getting an erection.

Make sure you’ve done the pelvic floor quiz before starting this exercise.

If your pelvic floor is weak, these exercises can help.

  1. Begin by standing up and when you are ready press the start button. When the light is on, clench your pelvic floor. Make sure you’re not holding your breath or clenching your bum muscles.
  2. Hold it until the light turns off, then relax.
  3. Repeat this until the end of the exercise. ‘Hold it’ is an endurance exercise, while the ‘Pulse it’ is more for strength. Make sure you practice both.
