Box Breath

This simple breathing exercise can help with performance anxiety by getting your body out of ‘fight or flight.’

Step 1: Breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds

Step 2: Hold that breath for 4 seconds

Step 3: Breathe out for 4 seconds

Step 4: Hold for 4 seconds – with empty lungs

When breathing in, let your belly hang out – this activates your diaphragm – a dome-shaped muscle at the base of the lungs. It can be key to releasing anxiety, stress and better erections.
